NEXT STEPS

Kids begin Sunday worship in the main auditorium with their families. Following Communion, children are dismissed in the main lobby for their own worship times:

Wee Worship is for ages 3–5.

Kidz Praise is for Kindergarten through 4th grade.

The Bridge is for 5th and 6th Graders (find out more about The Bridge by clicking HERE)

After this time of worship, children are taken to their Bible classrooms in the children’s center, where you’ll pick them up.

Please visit the EBK check in desk in the main lobby before worship starts to get your child checked in!

EB offers a Parent Nursery and Viewing Room, located in our main lobby. This space allows families to enjoy the worship service in a quiet, comfortable environment while their children play. We also offer a private nursing room for mothers equipped with rocking chairs and a changing station. This room is also just off of our auditorium in our main lobby.

After worship, we offer multiple classes on our campus. Here are our current offerings:

EAST BRAINERD KIDS - EBK (3 Years Old - 6th Grade)

Children will be dismissed after communion to Wee Worship (for ages 3–5) or Kidz Praise (for K–4th Grade), and The Bridge (5th-6th Grade). You can check your kids in before worship or when you drop them off in the lobby.

A Nursery Class is available for newborns - 2 years old. 

EAST BRAINERD YOUTH - EBY (7th -12th grade) 

All Teens will meet in the youth room on the second floor of the Family Life Center.

ADULT STUDIES

August - October

Generational Classes: This Fall we are offering classes that are based on approximate age groups. The hope is to create deeper connections with those wha share a similar life stage with you. The age breakdown is merely a suggestion and we encourage you to join any class that you feel most comfortable in.

All of our Generational Classes will be studying the book "You Are What You Love" by James K.A. Smith

• (YAC) Young Adult Community - Room 11 in the Children's Center Building
• Late 20's - 35ish - Room 9 in the Children's Center Building
• 35-45ish - Room 10 in the Children's Center Building
• 45-60+ - Room 16 in the Family Life Center

Non-Generational Adult Study

• A Walk Through The New Testament Continued - Calvin Crim - Overflow Room

Father’s Table will be distributing food boxes starting at 3:00PM at the overflow entrance.

October 19th - Snack Pack Unpacking

The Snack Pack Ministry will be unpacking boxes from 2:00-5:00PM in the Family Life Center. **THIS IS A CHANGE IN DATE** There will NOT be unpacking on October 16th.

October 19th - Hymnal Singing

Join us for a hymnal singing in the overflow room at 6:00PM.

October 23rd - Senior Fellowship Event

Join the Senior Fellowship Group on a field trip to the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Thursday, October 23rd. Lunch will be at 1:00pm at Wally's. Our car caravan through the Cemetery, with tour guy and stops for discussion, will start at 2:30pm at the Bailey Avenue cemetery entrance. Sign up at the Senior Connect Center in the Overflow entrance lobby.

October 26th - Wedding Shower

All are invited to the Wedding Shower for Makala Daniel and Chasen Carlyle on Sunday, October 26th from 1:30-3:00PM in the overflow room. They are registered at Amazon.

October 26th - EB Fall Festival

Fall Festival is BACK! This year we will have face painting, carnival games, a chili cook-off and hot dogs, a canned food drive, and a MASSIVE trunk or treat. Volunteers are needed! CLICK HERE to sign up to Volunteer

December 18th - Free Birds (aka "Empty Nesters") Event

Mark your calendars for some Christmas fun on Thursday, December 18th at 7:30PM for the North Georgia Holiday Spectacular Christmas Show at the Catoosa Colonnade. The North Georgia Holiday Spectacular is a large, high-energy, holiday musical production that features the area’s most talented singers and dancers, comedians, magicians, stilt walkers and more! Tickets are $24 per person. We also plan to meet for dinner before the show. Text Tessa Poteralski at 423-503-0356 to reserve your tickets by Sunday, September 28th. Additionally, if you are a recent Empty Nester or a soon-to-be one and would like to be added to the FreeBirds GroupMe, please let Tessa know that as well.

October 26, 5pm-7pm

Fall Festival is BACK! This year we will have:

• Chili Cook off and hot dogs. Show off your culinary skills by bringing a crock pot of your best chili!
• inflatable carnival games (axe throwing, skee ball, basketball, and baseball toss)
• massive TRUNK OR TREAT!
